The only thing on that list this weekend is to breathe deeply, spend time in nature, move your body in ways that nourish it, and eat healthy, local, seasonal food. This is a perfect way to set yourself up for greater surge of clarity or focus, unwind habits that are no longer serving you, or just reset your nervous system from the fast paced life and commitments that are on your plate.
Friday, October 19 (first breathe begins at 5:30, check in any time through the day)- Sunday, October 21 (last session ends at 3pm). *** There will be options to stay on for personal work through Tuesday, October 23.
